Grass Valley is the working town of the northern foothills — hard-rock mining built it, the Empire Mine headframes are still standing, and the fairgrounds put a big event on the calendar most months of the year. Mill Street handles the visitors; the building happens out along Brunswick and Idaho-Maryland.
The historic downtown has narrow one-way blocks and a real grade, so we deliver there before the shops open. Fairgrounds drops go through the events office. Mine-district ground is hard and level and takes units without any prep at all.
Grass Valley is close enough to Nevada City and Cedar Ridge that adding or swapping a unit mid-rental is a routine stop rather than a callout.
Between roughly November and March we will ask more questions about the approach than about the order itself — that is the season when getting there is the hard part.
We would rather spend two minutes on the phone picking the spot than put a unit where the truck can reach but nobody will walk.
Levelling blocks and anchors come as standard, because a level pad is the exception around here rather than the rule.
Every rental includes a scheduled visit: the tank is pumped, the interior sanitized and the supplies restocked.
