We take bookings by telephone. When you call, we record what we need to deliver and service your rental: a contact name, the phone number you are calling from, the delivery address and any access details you give us, and the specifics of the order itself.
This website does not have a contact form, a shopping cart, or an account system, and we do not accept or solicit email. There is nothing on these pages that asks you to type personal information into a box.
Only to quote, schedule, deliver, service and collect your rental, and to contact you about that rental if something on the day needs discussing. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone who is not involved in fulfilling your order.
The site is static. Pages embed a Google Maps frame on the coverage and contact pages; loading that frame is a request to Google, and their own privacy terms apply to it. Standard web-server logs record the usual request information for security and diagnostics.
We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site profiling on this site.
Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for the rental, our own accounting and any insurance requirement, then disposed of. If you want to know what we hold about a booking, or want it removed where we are not required to keep it, call (916) 975-7278 and ask.
