This historical site was a train stop from 1889 to 1930. Operations may have ceased but this site remains a standing witness of Placer County’s vibrant history. Inside the stop is a train museum where you can visit to see more of the town’s history. Currently, this site is used for town meetings and they also accommodate small parties for events and gatherings. It would be a great idea to just stop by the place for some of the remnants of the town’s past are still there and in used.
