Knee Deep Brewing is one of the better-known breweries in the foothills, with a taproom in Auburn and a reputation built on big hoppy beers. Release days, live music nights and the outdoor lot events pull crowds well past what the indoor facilities were sized for.

Anywhere alcohol is served we size up: plan on roughly a fifth more capacity than a dry event of the same headcount, and pair the row with a handwashing station. Lot placements are set the afternoon before so the run does not cut across an evening crowd.
Everything we bring here is self-contained — no water supply, no drain, no power for the standard and accessible units or the handwashing stations. That is the whole reason these places work for events at all.
