How quickly can you deliver?
Same-day or next-day on most single-unit orders placed in the morning. Larger orders and dated events want about a week so the stock is committed to you. Mountain deliveries in winter need a little more planning because of access.
Roughly how many units should I be ordering?
About one per ten workers on a job site with weekly service, or one per fifty guests for a few-hour event. Add roughly twenty per cent where alcohol is served, one handwashing station per four toilets, and at least one accessible unit.
What is included in a rental?
Delivery, placement, scheduled servicing for the length of the rental, all the consumables, and collection at the end. Nothing is added afterwards.
How often are units serviced?
Weekly as standard — pumped, sanitized and restocked. Busy sites and multi-day events go on a more frequent schedule, which we build into the route rather than squeezing in.
Do I need a permit?
On private property, normally not. On a public street, in a park, or at a permitted event, the permit conditions usually govern it — and those sometimes set a minimum accessible provision.
Can units go on unpaved or sloped ground?
Yes, and around the foothills most of them do. We carry levelling blocks and anchors as standard. Where ground is genuinely too soft we place at the nearest firm point rather than churning up your access.
Do you deliver to gated communities?
Regularly — Lake of the Pines, Auburn Lake Trails and the Alta Sierra ridge among others. Leave a gate code or an on-site contact when you book; a locked gate is the most avoidable reason a delivery has to be re-run.
What about winter deliveries to Truckee and Tahoe?
We do them, but the placement has to be ploughed and still reachable at the next service visit. A unit set into a snow-storage zone in December is buried by January, so we choose the spot with you.
Is a handwashing station really necessary?
Wherever food is prepared or served, yes — and a health inspector at a permitted event will look for one near the serving area. One station per four toilets is the working ratio.
Can I move a unit after delivery?
Yes. Relocating within a site is routine on a longer job. Give us a day's notice and it moves on a service visit.
Do you supply certificates of insurance?
Yes, issued to whoever on your project needs them. Ask when you book and it goes out with the confirmation.
