Landmarks

Venues and Places We Serve

Some of the places we deliver to most often are not towns at all — they are lakes, trailheads, museums and taprooms with no plumbing anywhere near the part of the site that needs it.

Questions

Questions About Coverage

Do you charge more for the mountain areas?
The quote reflects the run, and a Truckee or Kings Beach delivery is a longer one than a Roseville drop. You will hear the number on the call before anything is booked — there is no surcharge added later.
Can you deliver outside the areas listed?
Often, yes. The list covers where we go regularly; if your site is near the edge of it, call and ask rather than assuming. We will give you a straight answer.
Do you cross into Nevada County and El Dorado County?
Regularly. Grass Valley, Nevada City and the Alta Sierra ridge are Nevada County; Cool, Georgetown and Auburn Lake Trails are El Dorado County. All are on our normal run.
How does winter affect delivery on the higher ground?
Access, mainly. From November we need to know a placement is ploughed and will still be reachable at the next service visit. We plan mountain deliveries around that rather than around the calendar.
Which area is the fastest to reach?
The south county — Roseville, Rocklin, Loomis and Granite Bay — where same-day is routine. Auburn and the Highway 49 corridor are close behind.
