Long-Term Porta Potty Rental

Multi-month builds, ranch and orchard operations, remote sites with no plumbing in the plan. One unit, one rate, serviced every week without anyone having to remember to call us.

Open Mon–Sat 4am–4pm

Anything running past about a month should be on a monthly rate rather than repeated short rentals — it is cheaper, and it puts your site on a fixed service route instead of a series of one-off bookings. Around the foothills that covers a lot of ground: subdivision builds, ranch operations, agricultural work and properties where mains plumbing is years away.

The practical difference with a long rental is that placement matters more. A unit that will sit for six months needs a spot that works in February as well as August, that the service truck can reach in the wet, and that will not be in the way when the next phase of the work starts.

What We Bring

  • Flat monthly rate with weekly service included
  • Placement chosen for the wet season, not just the day of delivery
  • Units relocated within the site as the work moves
  • Deluxe units where the same crew is on the same unit for months
  • Extra servicing added for periods of heavy use rather than more units

Questions

Questions We Get About This Work

What counts as a long-term rental?
Anything from about a month upward. At that point the monthly rate is better value than repeated weekly bookings and your site goes onto a fixed service route.
Is servicing included in the monthly rate?
Yes — weekly service is part of it. If the site's usage is heavy we will step the frequency up rather than sending more units you do not need.
Can I move the unit around the site?
Yes. On a long build the unit should follow the crew. Give us a day's notice and we will relocate it on a service visit.
What about winter access on a rural property?
It is the main thing to get right at the start. We choose the placement with the wet months in mind — a spot that is reachable in February, not just the one that is convenient in August.
Can I upgrade to a deluxe unit part-way through?
Yes. On long rentals where the same crew is using the same unit every day, plenty of customers move up to a deluxe. Call and we will swap it on the next service run.
