The count is the part people get wrong. A rough starting point is one unit per fifty guests for an event running a few hours, plus about twenty per cent more where alcohol is served — drinks change usage more than any other single factor. A handwashing station for every four units, and at least one accessible unit, rounds out a sensible order.
The other half is placement. Units want to be close enough that guests will actually use them, on firm level ground, screened from the main sightline, and reachable by our truck without crossing the lawn you have just had cut. We will work that out with you when you book rather than on the day.
