Porta Potty Rental for Construction & Industrial Sites

Crews from Roseville subdivisions to canyon road jobs on the Foresthill Divide. Units that turn up when the site opens, get serviced without anybody chasing us, and stay put for the length of the build.

Open Mon–Sat 4am–4pm

Sanitation on a job site is a requirement, not a courtesy — federal guidance under 29 CFR 1926.51 expects facilities scaled to the size of the crew and kept in sanitary condition. The working ratio is about one unit per ten workers with weekly service, stepping up when the crew grows or the site runs six days.

Foothill sites bring their own problems. Ground that is baked hard in August is soft in February, graded pads are rarely level, and access on canyon jobs can be a single track. We carry leveling blocks and anchors as standard, and we would rather pick the placement with you on the phone than guess from a map and get it wrong.

Questions

Questions We Get About This Work

How many porta potties does OSHA expect on a job site?
The guidance scales with crew size — the practical rule the industry works to is one unit per ten workers on weekly service. Add a handwashing station for every four toilets, and step the service up rather than adding units if usage is heavy rather than headcount.
Do you offer monthly rates for a long build?
Yes, and for anything past about a month it is the sensible way to book. Call with the expected duration and we will price the run rather than the week.
Can units be moved as the site changes?
Yes. Relocating within the site is routine — as foundations go in and the work moves, the unit should move with the crew. Give us a day's notice.
What happens if the site is muddy?
We place at the firmest useful point and use blocks. Where a site is genuinely impassable we will tell you rather than bog the truck and churn your access up doing it.
Can you deliver before the crew arrives?
Early morning delivery is the norm for site work. If the site is fenced and locked, leave a gate arrangement with us when you book.
